The MONALI Health method uses a multidisciplinary approach built on stress tolerance and resilience training with the intention to move individuals away from a “stress avoidance” pattern and towards a “stress performance” pattern.

This approach recognizes stress as a requirement for optimal health, growth and performance. We educate and teach individuals, teams, and organizations how to integrate positive stress interventions to improve physical, cognitive, and emotional wellbeing that will carry over into both personal lives and business performance.

Jared Callahan has been a dedicated coach and educator for over a decade. He uses the unique blend of modern science and time-tested ancient practices that leverage the power of personalized coaching through 3 pillars: Movement, Nature and Lifestyle.

His multi-disciplinary approach helps educate individuals and groups on skills for improving movement challenges, relieving pain, improving energy and cognitive performance, and fostering overall vitality through the lens of holistic stress management.

Coach Jared works with CEOs, entrepreneurs, athletes, and motivated individuals like you to improve their health and fitness. He's on a mission to empower you to thrive in every aspect of your health and fitness journey.

His hobbies include spending time outdoors (especially on the water!), Olympic Weightlifting, boxing, and sharing time with his family!
